Job Description

Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components and connectors according to work instructions.
Utilize tools and equipment safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to shop floor discipline.
Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
Collaborate with supervisors and senior technicians to achieve daily production targets.
Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Completion of 12th grade, ITI, or Diploma.
1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components.
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work in shifts, including the evening shift.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

Familiarity with quality control procedures.
Experience with various hand tools and assembly equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
