Job Description

Job Title: IT Trainee

Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic IT Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic IT concepts, be eager to learn, and support IT operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates on Windows OS.
Provide basic troubleshooting support for computer hardware and peripherals.
Support day-to-day IT operations, including user account setup and maintenance.
Understand and assist in basic networking activities (LAN/WAN).
Maintain documentation related to IT support and processes.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Sound understanding of Windows Operating System and software installation/configuration.
Knowledge of computer hardware and basic troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) fluency in English is a must.
Quick learner, self-motivated, and a good team player.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
