What We're Looking For:- 15-18 years of hands-on experience in inside sales, preferably in a startup environment.- Proven track record of building and scaling inside sales teams from the ground up.- Exceptional people leadership and sales coaching abilities.- Results-driven mindset with a strong bias for execution and accountability.- Flexibility to adapt in dynamic environments and always ready to go the extra mile.- Strong communication, CRM expertise, and data-driven decision-making skills.
