Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Investment & Trading Relationship Manager who understands financial markets and has a flair for client engagement and sales. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of stock markets, trading, investments, and algo trading, along with basic technical skills (Python/Java preferred).

This role involves building strong client relationships, pitching financial products, and achieving revenue and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their trading and investment needs.
• Pitch and promote demat accounts, trading accounts, insurance, TTP, mutual funds, and other financial products.
• Educate and advise clients about stock market trading, investment strategies, and algo trading opportunities.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Provide excellent relationship management by maintaining long-term client connections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client onboarding and engagement processes.
• Keep updated with market trends, trading platforms, and financial products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, trading, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading & investments.
• Awareness/understanding of algo trading concepts.
• Technical skills in Python, Java, or similar languages (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
