Trade Promotion Management Analyst

Role Overview: As a CAS Support Specialist at Kimberly-Clark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include leading the resolution of issues related to tools and processes, collaborating with the IT support team, identifying root causes, and implementing action plans for future occurrences. Key Responsibilities: - Daily follow-up on incidents escalated by users through the support portal, providing necessary solutions in coordination with the IT CAS or IT SAP team. - Implementing training plans for CAS tool users to enhance tool efficiency and reduce process errors. - Evaluating and supporting improvement projects derived from root cause analysis and requests from commercial or financial teams. - Approving and maintaining proper review of CAS system access according to SOX controls, as well as creating user delegations and reviewing generated accesses. - Creating and reviewing support KPIs for the CAS tool and applying self-service strategies for incident reduction. - Providing support and information for audits related to the CAS tool. Qualifications Required: - Degree in administration, engineering, and/or finance. - Minimum of five years of experience in CAS Tool. - Ability to maintain a work schedule of 9-hour shifts, including late night shifts. - Strong understanding of internal control and relevant processes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Continuous process improvement mindset.
