Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support sales and brand objectives.
Align trade marketing activities with sales goals to drive volume and market share.
Plan and implement channel-specific promotions and in-store visibility campaigns.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and gaps.
Collaborate with sales teams to optimize product placement, promotions, and retail execution.
Plan, execute, and manage trade schemes and promotional activities across channels
.
Manage budgets and track ROI of trade marketing initiatives.
Coordinate the development and distribution of trade marketing materials (POSM, displays, etc.).
Build strong working relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
Monitor trade performance KPIs and provide actionable insights.

Preferred candidate profile

Masters Degree.
5+ years of experience in trade marketing and sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
Strong understanding of retail channels, shopper behavior, and trade dynamics.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results through execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform decisions.
Must have advanced Excel skills
(e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data analysis).
