Trade Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy Trade Marketing Intern to support on-ground execution of activations, sampling, and retail visibility initiatives for Proost Beer (Grano69 Beverages) in Gurgaon; this role is ideal for someone who enjoys field execution, coordination, and learning trade marketing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of on-ground events, sampling drives, beer tastings, and activations.
• Assist in planning and implementing trade marketing promotions across outlets and events.
• Ensure strong brand visibility across retail outlets, hubs, and event spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, promoters, and internal teams for timely execution.
• Track campaign performance and share actionable insights/learning.
• Work closely with sales teams to gather market and consumer insights.
• Support field-level marketing activities and ensure smooth on-ground coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing/Media/Business/Event Management (or related fields).
• Strong execution skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Basic working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Willingness to travel locally for on-ground work.
• Bonus: prior experience in college events, pop-ups, or marketing campaigns.
