Trade Marketing Executive - PRO

In this role at Unilever, you will be part of a team focused on building a new and exciting beauty business that is digital and ecommerce-first. You will have the opportunity to create new capabilities for Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) and be a part of a startup environment. As a Trade Marketing Executive based in Mumbai, you will bring your 2+ years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG sector to collaborate with the Customer Marketing team, identify growth opportunities, and improve demand generation and capture execution across channels. Your role will involve troubleshooting gaps in previous plans, spearheading stock planning processes, and serving as a liaison between various departments for the smooth functioning of the sales cycle each month. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to align on category priorities, monitor daily performance, and support the monthly planning process. - Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and forecasting. - Communicate marketing/trade marketing initiatives to Key Account Executives (KAEs) for smooth implementation. - Work closely with KAEs, merchandising, and manning teams to improve demand generation and demand capture execution across channels. - Assist in POSM development and implementation. - Troubleshoot gaps in previous plans and suggest corrective actions. - Spearhead the stock planning process to ensure availability of SKUs across depots in the branch. - Act as the Single Point of Contact to liaise with sales, supply chain, finance, and operations for the smooth functioning of the sales cycle each month. **Key Technical Skills:** - MS Excel - Tableau - Power BI **Key Soft Skills:** - Understanding of Trade Partners and their touchpoints - Deep understanding of social customer buying journeys & filtering business decisions through the customer's perspective - Analytical mindset for troubleshooting problems **Key Skills & Requirements:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong Project Management skills - Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects - Understanding of channels and shoppers - Ability to monitor progress and take action Join us at Unilever to unleash your curiosity, challenge ideas, and make a real impact on the business and the world.
