Job Description

develops and executes strategies to drive sales and product visibility at the trade (wholesale, retail, or distributor) level

  • Strategy Development:

    Design and implement trade marketing plans that align with overarching marketing and business objectives.
  • Campaign Execution:

    Create and manage promotional campaigns, including in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and events, to boost product demand and visibility.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and monitor competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with sales, product, creative, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Retailer and Distributor Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to secure optimal product placement and support joint business plans.
  • Budget Management:

    Oversee and effectively manage trade marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Track and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives using relevant metrics to assess performance and inform future strategies.
  • Sales Team Support:

    Provide training, support, and marketing assistance to sales teams to enhance their understanding and execution of trade marketing tactics.
