Job Description

Objective of the role

Plan & Execute Trade Marketing activities to build Brand Awareness/Recall/Loyalty and to increase market share

Key Responsibilities

Understand the Business objectives, opportunities & challenges to develop TM initiatives in coordination with regional sales team & central TM team.
Custodian of Sales performance parameters, analysis & contributor to action plans
Develop impactful promotional partnerships & mechanisms for trade partners & consumers like Distributor/Retailer loyalty programs etc.
New Product Launch Execution
Anchor all promotional, Display, POS activities at local level In shop Activation. Monitor adherence to placement & merchandising norms through regular Market audits.
Trade Activity & Event Calendar identify & participate in events/forums
Competition activity information
Vendor management
