Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing Below-The-Line (BTL) trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth in specific regions. This will involve collaborating with sales teams to design campaigns aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will identify, onboard, and manage external vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of BTL activities while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Your role will also require conducting market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends. By utilizing data insights, you will benchmark against competitors and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Planning and executing promotional events, product activations, and other BTL activities to engage target audiences will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring campaign performance and providing post-event analysis with actionable insights will also be crucial. Stakeholder management is essential in this role, as you will need to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution. Acting as a liaison between sales, marketing, and third-party vendors will help in achieving successful outcomes. Furthermore, you will oversee budget allocations for BTL activities to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in trade marketing and BTL activities, along with strong expertise in vendor management and negotiating with third-party providers. The ability to conduct market analysis, understand consumer behavior, and effectively manage stakeholders is key. Strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision-making, excellent communication, and organizational skills are also essential. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role. Experience in FMCG, FMCD, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors would be advantageous. This is a full-time role based in Thane, Hyderabad, or Chennai, with a work schedule of 6 days per week in the office during day shifts.,
