Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Tractors & Implements Job Location: Various villages and rural areas Job Type: Full-time Industry: Agricultural Machinery & Equipment Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell tractors and agricultural implements to farmers. The candidate will be responsible for both B2C and B2B sales, engaging with individual farmers and businesses involved in agricultural activities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about agriculture, have strong communication skills, and be willing to travel extensively to rural areas. Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to villages and rural areas to meet farmers and promote tractors and agricultural implements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses, dealers, and distributors. Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and applications of tractors and farming implements. Identify and analyze customer needs, providing suitable product recommendations. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and participation in agricultural events or exhibitions. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to close deals. Provide post-sales support, including training on equipment usage and maintenance guidance. Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and field visits. Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Mechanical, or Business Management preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of field sales experience in agricultural machinery, tractor sales, or a related field is an advantage. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery and farming practices.
