Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tracing and Tracking position at ROYAL BROTHERS LOGISTIC INC. The role is located in Gurdaspur, but some work from home is acceptable. The Tracing and Tracking specialist will be responsible for monitoring shipment movements, updating customers on their shipment status, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities include coordinating with transportation providers, maintaining accurate records of shipment data, troubleshooting issues, and generating reports on shipment progress.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of shipment monitoring and tracking systems
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in coordinating with transportation providers and customers
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve shipment-related issues
• Experience in data entry and generating shipment reports
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in a similar role in the logistics industry is a plus
