Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trace & Tracking Executive, located in the Mohali district. The Trace & Tracking Executive will be responsible for monitoring and managing the location of shipments, coordinating with carriers, updating tracking systems, and ensuring timely delivery. The role requires effective communication with various stakeholders to resolve any issues related to tracking and tracing shipments. Additionally, the executive will prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using tracking and management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Experience in coordinating with carriers and stakeholders
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the logistics industry
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
