As part of our engagement, you will contribute to the development of end-user modules" firmware, implement new features, maintain compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, and conduct analysis and estimations of customer requirements. With over 12 years of experience, you will work as a Technical Project Manager to plan and execute projects effectively. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that teams have the necessary product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products on time. You will be managing the full project management life cycle for implementing complex, large-scale IT and business initiatives. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders/clients to understand system requirements, define the Product Vision, and demonstrate leadership in software upgrades, enhancements, and fixes based on release schedules. Your role will involve providing a software development plan aligned with future stakeholder/client needs, coordinating release and sprint planning, and conducting daily scrum meetings. You will assist developers in resolving technical and human resources issues, while also providing leadership and guidance to optimize team performance and career development. Hands-on experience in developing applications using Java and Javascript technologies is required. In terms of interpersonal skills, you should be self-motivated, a team player, action-oriented, results-driven, well-organized, possess good communication and reporting skills, and have the ability to work successfully under tight project deadlines. Your responsibilities will include partnering with teams to create a delivery strategy, developing realistic project plans/schedules, tracking team progress, maintaining/updating project schedules, facilitating team meetings, following up on open actions, escalating unexpected events impacting project schedule/budget/resources, keeping the project team informed, and providing regular project updates to management.
