TPM External Engagement Manager, VP

Role Overview: As the TPM External Engagement Manager at Deutsche Bank, you will be responsible for supporting the Regulatory Engagement team within the Third Party Management (TPM) function. Your role will involve driving and coordinating activities related to Regulatory Analysis, Operational Management, and Content Production. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain an up-to-date analysis of Deutsche Bank's compliance against Third Party Regulations. - Run the Regulatory Governance Forum to track new regulations progress, escalate risks, and create internal Points of View papers for new regulations. - Act as the primary contact for TPM issues in the Asia Pacific region, relay feedback to global forums, and track progress on communication plans for External Engagement activities. - Develop processes for effective management of Regulatory requests, create a reporting framework, and manage a repository of Regulatory engagement activities. - Respond to business requests for information, develop credible content, and work closely with stakeholders to implement regular MI to support the TPM story to regulators. Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of key global third party regulations such as MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, etc. - Ability to influence stakeholders, strong project management skills, and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, and identify innovative solutions.
