Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TPA Executive based in New Delhi. The TPA Executive will be responsible for managing third-party administrator (TPA) processes, including handling insurance claims, coordinating with patients and insurance companies, and ensuring seamless documentation and approvals. The role also involves verifying patient eligibility, maintaining accurate records, and promptly addressing queries related to cashless claims or reimbursements. Additionally, the TPA Executive will collaborate with hospital departments to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in TPA processes, insurance claim handling, and medical billing coordination
• Proficiency in documentation, record management, and verifying patient eligibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients and insurance companies
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage approvals and resolve queries
• Familiarity with hospital administration practices and healthcare regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and solve problems effectively
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a hospital or TPA setup is an advantage
