Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month Job Title: TPA / Insurance Coordinator – Male Candidate Preferred Location: Lux Hospitals, Near IKEA, Gachibowli, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift About the RoleLux Hospitals is seeking an experienced TPA / Insurance Coordinator to manage hospital insurance desk operations and in-patient billing. The candidate must have prior, proven experience in handling insurance billing and coordination in a hospital environment. Candidates without this experience are strictly requested not to apply. Key ResponsibilitiesManage insurance desk operations including pre-authorization, approvals, and final settlements. Handle IP (In-patient) billing with accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with doctors, billing, and patient relations teams for required documentation. Liaise with insurance/TPA representatives to resolve queries or discrepancies. Guide patients and attendants through insurance processes with empathy and clarity. Maintain accurate records and reports related to insurance claims and billing. RequirementsExperience: Prior experience in insurance billing and TPA coordination is mandatory. Candidates without this background will not be considered. Gender: Male candidates preferred. Skills: Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes, billing systems, and hospital documentation. Technology: Good computer skills (MS Excel, hospital billing software). Languages: Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Location: Candidates living in or around Gachibowli, Hyderabad are preferred.
