1. To coordinate transportation daily activities for end to end deliveries pickup, in-transit and delivery at service center / Wire house
2. To monitor shipments and ensure they are delivered on-time as per SLA
3. To prepare MIS report, communicate courier for the on-time delivery of pendency.
4. To Follow with DSP and get closure for high aging cases with RCA to avoid it again.
5. Do RCA for exception handling damages / shortages / lost to ensure correct accountability and reduction of exception cases.
6. Handle escalation from field to respond timely and give resolution as per committed timelines - early deliveries or priority deliveries
7. Co-ordinate with warehouse / ASC for timely handover of shipment, delays in handover to address to respective stakeholders
8. Handle special pickups and deliveries, Employee sales, Laptop, etc
9. Connect with vendors for daily routine work to have smooth flow.
10. Register pickups with transporters Forward and Reverse (Reverse daily)
11. Address pickup pendency with RCA and proofs to service centers / FSM (Reverse)
12. To handle Region / Zones to improve for TAT of Forward and Reverse
13. Follow EDD and On-time deliveries with vendors
14. Prepare MIS for daily update
Education - Graduate
Should be Good in excel
Should have 1+ years of experience of logistics
Good communication skill
