Tourism Faculty

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic management,hospitality and tourism faculty to join our faculty fraternity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management principles and practices for management and industry knowledge in hospitality and tourism management with a passion for teaching and developing students in this field. As a faculty, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, designing curriculum, and mentoring students to help them excel in their studies and future careers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lectures and class materials on various subject topics such as organisational behavior, leadership, strategic management, and operations management.
• Create and revise course content to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards and academic requirements.
• Engage students in active learning through discussions, case studies, group projects, and presentations.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments to support student learning and development.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters, including internships and job opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of new programs or courses in management studies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and research to enhance teaching effectiveness and curriculum development.
• Collaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives and participate in faculty meetings and committees.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Management, Business Administration,hospitality & tourism or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching management courses at the undergraduate or graduate level.
• Strong knowledge of management theories, principles, and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with curriculum development and assessment is desirable.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
