Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters, including internships and job opportunities. Contribute to the development of new programs or courses in management studies. Stay updated with industry trends and research to enhance teaching effectiveness and curriculum development. Collaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives and participate in faculty meetings and committees. Qualifications: Master's degree in Management, Business Administration,hospitality & tourism or a related field. Proven experience in teaching management courses at the undergraduate or graduate level. Strong knowledge of management theories, principles, and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds. Experience with curriculum development and assessment is desirable.
