Job Description

  • Manage B2C customer inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings with high closure rates.
  • Design customized itineraries as per client budget, preferences, and travel style.
  • Guide clients on destinations, best time to travel, hotel options, flights, and sightseeing.
  • Follow up with warm leads and maintain CRM records.
  • Collaborate with operations for confirmations, vouchers, payments, and vendor coordination.
  • Stay updated with market pricing, travel trends, and seasonal offers.
  • Achieve monthly B2C sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Provide after-sales support and encourage repeat & referral business.

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2C travel sales (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of destinations such as Dubai, Bali, Maldives, Thailand, Europe, and India.
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Expertise in selling honeymoon, family, and customized B2C packages.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, travel portals, and basic CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,201.87 - ₹40,000.00 per month
