Tour Sales Executive

As a Travel Agent, your role will involve managing travel arrangements for both business and leisure purposes. You will work closely with our suppliers to provide tourism-related services and package tours, ensuring client satisfaction and building loyalty for future engagements. Your responsibilities will include planning and selling transportation, accommodations, and other travel services. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable destinations, transportation modes, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. Providing accurate information, brochures, and publications to travelers, developing customized tour packages, and addressing travel-related issues professionally and promptly are also key aspects of your role. Staying updated with tourism trends by attending travel seminars and workshops, maintaining client records, building networks with tour operators, and monitoring statistical and financial records to meet profit and sales targets will be part of your daily tasks. To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related field. Proven sales experience in B2B travel is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities, along with sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends, are essential. Strong organizational and customer service skills, as well as personal travel experience, will be beneficial. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule located in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi 110024. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting.
