Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Travel Sales Executive who has a strong background in selling Thailand travel packages. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Thailand market, excellent sales skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Thailand travel packages to clients and travel agents. Handle B2B and B2C inquiries related to Thailand tours and services. Prepare customized itineraries based on client requirements. Convert leads into successful bookings by providing timely and accurate information. Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destination updates, and product knowledge for Thailand. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Requirements: Proven experience as a Travel Sales Executive or in a similar role, specifically selling Thailand as a destination. Educational qualification in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is mandatory . In-depth knowledge of Thailand's geography, attractions, and travel logistics. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficient in using booking systems, CRM tools, and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple inquiries.
