Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a Telecaller with proven experience in a similar role. The candidate must be confident in handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and effectively communicating travel-related services. A background in telecalling is mandatory . Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages and services. Handle incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into bookings. Clearly explain company offerings, tour packages, and benefits. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using CRM tools. Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure client satisfaction. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Telecaller is mandatory. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Pleasant personality with persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software. Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.
