Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Executive, located in Noida. The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing travel itineraries, and ensuring smooth tour management and operations. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to communication with clients, cold calling, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and addressing any issues that arise during tours to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Curate and design personalized domestic and international tour packages tailored to individual client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end bookings including flights, accommodations, transportation, and on-ground activities.
  • Assist clients with visa applications and travel documentation, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and travel partners to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences.
  • Prepare accurate tour costings, quotations, and invoices in line with company standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding post-booking service and support.
  • Maintain regular communication and timely follow-ups with clients throughout their travel journey.
  • Stay informed about global travel trends, destination updates, and changes in visa policies.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of client itineraries, bookings, and correspondence.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls to promote and upsell new or seasonal travel packages to prospective customers.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of both domestic and international travel destinations.
  • Familiarity with Islamic religious and pilgrimage travel (e.g., Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarat) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and travel software (Amadeus, Galileo, or CRM tools).
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
