Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tour Coordinator to manage international tours from planning to execution. The role requires strong operational skills, excellent client handling, and the ability to travel with groups to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Tour Planning & Operations

  • Coordinate and operate tour packages for Europe, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Dubai, and other destinations.
  • Prepare itineraries, quotations, costing, and detailed travel plans.
  • Liaise with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, airlines, and activity partners.
  • Ensure accurate and timely confirmations for travel arrangements.

2. Escorting & On-Ground Support (Mandatory Travel)

  • Travel with clients for group tours and represent the company on all international trips.
  • Provide on-ground assistance for check-ins, transfers, sightseeing, and hotel coordination.
  • Manage unexpected issues during travel and ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain communication between clients, suppliers, and the company during the tour.

3. Client Coordination

  • Understand client requirements and customize itineraries.
  • Provide pre-travel guidance, destination info, and support.
  • Handle travel documents, vouchers, invoices, and all tour essentials.

4. Post-Tour Activities

  • Collect feedback and report quality issues.
  • Maintain tour files, expense reports, and operational documentation.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience coordinating international tour packages.
  • Strong knowledge of Europe, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Dubai destinations.
  • Must be willing and able to travel internationally with clients frequently.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage groups efficiently.
  • Good negotiation skills and experience dealing with suppliers & partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and email communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in handling both FIT and Group Tours.
  • Understanding of visa procedures.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,001.93 - ₹33,137.62 per month
