Role Key Responsibilities 1. Travel Package Creation & Customization Design customized itineraries and travel packages based on client needs. Tailor tours for various travel segments (leisure, corporate, MICE, group tours). Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. 2. Client Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for B2B clients (travel agencies, tour operators, corporate buyers). Build and nurture long-term partnerships. Handle inquiries, provide timely quotations, and follow up for conversion. 3. Supplier Coordination Work closely with DMCs, hotels, transport vendors, and activity providers to negotiate rates and secure services. Maintain updated contracts and rate sheets. Ensure service quality and availability. 4. Quotation & Costing Prepare accurate costings, proposals, and invoices for B2B clients. Maintain profit margins while offering value-added options. 5. Sales & Business Development Identify new B2B business opportunities and markets. Attend trade shows, networking events, and roadshows to promote services. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. 6. Operations & Tour Management Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and pre-departure documentation. Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, or special requests. Monitor the progress of tours to ensure a smooth experience for clients. 7. Market & Product Knowledge Stay updated with destination trends, visa regulations, and travel advisories. Suggest new destinations, experiences, or promotions to B2B partners. 8. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of itineraries, contracts, and client communications. Generate reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and feedback. & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
