As a Tour Consultant specializing in Sales and Operations, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage the sales and operations of travel packages. This will involve meticulously planning and organizing tour itineraries, as well as coordinating with vendors such as hotels, transport services, and guides. You will be expected to oversee on-ground operations during tours, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction. Handling guest queries promptly and ensuring their overall satisfaction will be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, maintaining detailed travel records and preparing reports will be essential for evaluating performance and making informed decisions.
