Job Description

Role Overview: As a Total Rewards Senior Analyst at Accenture, your main responsibility will be to improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs for clients with Compensation & Benefits experience. You will be applying current concepts, approaches, techniques, and terms to achieve organizational goals by examining the forces that shape the development of compensation strategies, plans, and policies. This includes salary administration, incentive plans, stock-based programs, understanding motivation factors, performance evaluation, labor market dynamics, budgeting, laws, regulations, and designing compensation programs for specific job families, units/functions, and organization levels. Key Responsibilities: - Handling teams and demonstrating 4+ years of Extensive Comp & Benefits/ER/GM/Performance management experience - Working on HCM system and engaging with clients/stakeholders in an outsourcing environment - Demonstrating resilience and ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and quality in communications and system transactions - Possessing strong English language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills along with strong MS Office and Excel proficiency - Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and demonstrating good client interfacing skills - Collaborating effectively in a team, showcasing basic leadership and coaching skills - Being willing to work in flexible shifts and weekends, passing the psychometric test, and having a Versant score of at least 62 - Working from the office is mandatory and being proficient in Business Excellence Practices - Having experience in new process transition and HRO setup for multi-country support, multi-cultural awareness, and holding a Bachelor's degree in any discipline Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in any discipline - 1+ years of team handling experience - Strong English language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Versant score of at least 62 - Passing the psychometric test - Proficient with Business Excellence Practices - Experience in new process transition and HRO setup for multi-country support - Basic Leadership and coaching skills - Willingness to work in flexible shifts and weekends Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
