About The Role

Designation: Total Rewards Associate

Qualifications:BCom/Any Graduation

Years of Experience:1 to 3 years

What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costscandidates with Compensation & Benefits experienceManagement of non-cash pay that represents ownership in a firm. This type of compensation can include, restricted stock and performance shares. Equity compensation allows the employees of the firm to share in the profits via appreciation and can encourage retention. Share plan management gives a company employees equity ownership rights or the right to buy shares in the business. Country specific taxation and financial reporting rules add to the intricacies of managing

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
