Manager / Senior Manager Total Rewards, PMS, HR Tech & Analytics
Role Purpose
The role is responsible for managing and executing Compensation & Benefits, Performance
Management System (PMS), and HR Technology & Analytics initiatives. The incumbent will
ensure accurate delivery, system effectiveness, data integrity, and stakeholder support,
while contributing to continuous improvement of people processes.
This is a hands-on role with ownership of cycles, systems, data, and reporting, working
closely with HRBPs, Finance, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
• Execute annual compensation cycles including increments, promotions, variable pay,
and corrections.
• Support market benchmarking, salary surveys, and internal parity analysis.
• Maintain and update compensation structures, grades, and pay ranges.
• Prepare reward dashboards, cost sheets, and leadership MIS.
• Partner with Finance on reward budgeting and variance analysis.
• Own the benefits portfolio and ensure benchmarked benefits administration
• Ensure statutory and policy compliance related to compensation and benefits.
• Handle employee and HRBP queries related to pay, incentives, and benefits.
2. Performance Management System (PMS)
• Manage the end-to-end PMS process – goal setup, mid-year reviews, year-end
reviews, ratings, and payouts.
• Coordinate with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure timely completion of PMS
milestones.
• Support calibration exercises and rating governance.
• Maintain PMS guidelines, timelines, and communication material.
• Analyze PMS data to generate performance insights and reports.
• Support linkage between PMS outcomes and compensation decisions.
3. HR Technology & Analytics
• Build and maintain HR dashboards and recurring MIS (headcount, attrition,
performance, rewards).
• Ensure data accuracy, system hygiene, and reporting consistency.
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround
time.
Experience & Skill Requirements
• 5- 8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to C&B, PMS and HR Tech
• Hands-on experience in compensation cycles and PMS administration
• Strong Excel and data handling skills (dashboards, pivots, analysis)
• Experience working with HRIS / PMS platforms
• Good understanding of HR policies,
