Tosca Test Engineer

Role Overview: As a Tosca Test Lead at our team in Hyderabad, your main responsibility will be to lead the test automation efforts using Tosca to ensure efficient and effective testing processes. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams within the project to understand requirements and manage a team of test automation engineers by providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the test automation initiatives using Tosca within the project. - Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases. - Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project management teams to understand requirements. - Manage a team of test automation engineers, providing guidance and mentorship. - Execute and monitor automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality delivery. - Review and optimize test automation frameworks to ensure best practices are followed. - Identify test coverage gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure full coverage. - Work closely with stakeholders to report test progress, issues, and risks for timely resolution. - Ensure smooth integration of test automation within DevOps pipelines for CI/CD. - Conduct defect tracking, bug reporting, and follow-ups to ensure resolution. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 3+ years as a Test Lead. - Expertise in Tosca Test Suite, including designing and developing test cases. - Strong understanding of automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD pipelines. - Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems. - Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively. - Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex test automation issues. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills: - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Familiarity with other test automation tools and frameworks. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.,
