Network Performance and Optimization: Develop strategies and initiatives to optimize network performance, including network traffic analysis, bandwidth utilization, and latency management. Work with network engineers to implement improvements and optimize network uptime and efficiency. 4. Process Improvement and Documentation: Establish, review, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all NOC activities to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Develop and maintain documentation related to network topology, incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures. Continuously assess and refine internal processes for incident management, escalation protocols, and reporting to ensure efficiency and best practices. Develop and manage escalation paths for incidents, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. 5. Collaboration and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (IT, security, development, and business units) regarding network issues, updates, and strategic initiatives. Communicate network status and issues to senior management, including regular reports on uptime, incident response, and improvements.
