JD - SAP-PP/QM/PM Manufacturing Lead & Manager

As an SAP Manufacturing Lead & Manager (PM/QM/PP) , responsible for managing and owning the resolving issues related to (SAP) Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, ensuring smooth operations and business continuity.

10 years experience working with industrial processes & manufacturing sites and IT leadership

Understand and analyze business processes related to Production planning, Plant Maintenance and Quality Management.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day support for SAP Manufacturing modules (PP, QM, PM). TEAM

Ensure smooth and efficient operations by addressing user queries, resolving issues, and implementing improvements.

Work with business teams to identify requirements based of GAPS/New developments.'Identify gaps and propose enhancements to the SAP PP/PM/QM modules.

Translate process-impacting business needs into specific business requirements Able to create comprehensive Functional specifications and knowledge of development cycle

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Experience in Process industry

Experience in leading teams

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

Support and co-own the Manufacturing IT strategy and overall Manufacturing portfolio initiatives and drives alignment across the businesses mapping requirements to delivered solutions

Manage a cross functional team of Domain experts and project managers supporting a robust PMO governance process

Manage external partners across different workstreams during project execution and run & maintain phases.

Establish clear communication channels and rituals to partner with key stakeholders ranging from operators, SMEs, senior managers and VPs.

Manage overall tickets and prioritization with the Business leaders/SMEs/BPMO;BPMs

Manage vendor interaction with AMS team

Partner with Application lead and business leaders and support partners to own resolution of issues/changes and projects to deliver the value to the business

Drive global alignment/harmonization of business processes and solutions, where applicable. Responsible for creating detailed process design that are required to operate the new or modified service / product on a day-to-day basis

Responsible for prioritizing and managing change requests with business, enhancements and project initiatives together with business and partners in a cost effective way
