Job Description - Tool & Fixture Design Engineer

• Hands-on experience in the Fixture Design ,Welding Fixture Design ,Tool Design using the Creo CAD Tool
• Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes, Resting, locating, and clamping (3,2,1) principles
• Good in GD&T and Drafting
• Knowledge of PDM, Windchill,
• Materials used for Fixture design, welding symbol, and heat treatment process.
• Knowledge of Limit Fit and tolerances, Geometric tolerances.
• Good communication .

 Required skill

• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in assembly tools and fixture design.
• Proficiency in utilizing Creo Software for design of tools & Fixtures
• Expertise in creating 2D drawings with GD&T knowledge.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes like welding, machining -required for tool design
• Ability to select suitable materials for the construction of tools, fixtures, and tackles.

 Skills & Experience

Fixtures Design, Heat Treatments, Welding, Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Processes.
