Job Description - Tools & Fixture Design Engineer 2 years of hands-on experience in the Tool fixture Design, using the Creo CAD Tool Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes, Resting, locating, and clamping (3,2,1) principles Good in GD&T and Drafting Knowledge of PDM, Windchill, Materials used for Fixture design, welding symbol, and heat treatment process. Knowledge of Limit Fit and tolerances, Geometric tolerances. Good communication . Required skill Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in assembly tools and fixture design. Proficiency in utilizing Creo Software for design of tools & Fixtures Expertise in creating 2D drawings with GD&T knowledge. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes like welding, machining -required for tool design Ability to select suitable materials for the construction of tools, fixtures, and tackles. Skills & Experience Fixtures Design, Heat Treatments, Machining, Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Processes.
