Key Responsibilities Tool Maintenance: Oversee upkeep and repair of power press tools and related equipment. Grinding Operations: Supervise grinding activities, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. Team Supervision: Manage and guide tool room staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Shift Scheduling: Develop and implement shift schedules to ensure continuous operations and meet production targets. IATF Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with IATF standards, maintaining quality and safety protocols. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on tool room activities, maintenance schedules, and team performance. Requirements- Skills: Knowledge of power press tool maintenance, grinding operations, manpower handling, shift scheduling, and IATF systems. Location Flexibility: Willingness to relocate to and work in the Shirwal area. Shift Availability: Prepared to work in all shifts as per operational requirements.
