Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Toolmaker to join our innovative manufacturing team at Inovit Aerospace Solutions Pvt Ltd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and maintaining precision tools and dies that are essential to our production processes. Your expertise will directly impact our operational efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and manufacture custom tools, jigs, and fixtures to meet production requirements
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and specifications for tooling
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing tools to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tool-related issues and implement solutions
• Maintain accurate records of tool designs, modifications, and maintenance schedules
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the tooling process

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of experience as a Toolmaker or in a related role within a manufacturing environment
• Diploma in Tool Making.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Hands-on experience with machining tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience with CNC machining and CAD/CAM software
• Knowledge of advanced materials and manufacturing techniques
• Certification in tool and die making or a related field

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Expertise in precision measuring instruments and tools
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks) for tool design
• Experience with tool maintenance and repair processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
