Job Description

Key Deliverables

Lead tolling operations across assigned units ensuring production meets sales targets
Plan and execute daily/weekly production aligned with RM-PM availability
Manage dispatch scheduling and customer order fulfillment with documentation
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and ISO 9001/14001 procedures

Role Responsibilities

Coordinate between tollers, transporters, and customer service
Monitor production and resolve operational issues affecting output
Handle ERP transactions for GR, POs/STOs, and invoicing
Conduct audits and maintain hygiene and standards at tolling sites
