Job Description

Gather and analyze data from multiple sources. Use statistical methods to identify trends and insights. Develop reports and visualizations for stakeholders. Provide actionable recommendations to improve business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the effectiveness of solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of database management (MySQL). Strong statistical analysis skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis.
Good communication and presentation skills. Awareness of machine learning and data governance. Qualifications: Engineering graduate or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HR or Finance preferred).

Nature of Work:

Initial 3-month paid apprenticeship leading to a full-time role based on performance.

Work Environment:

Flexible hours in a supportive workplace.
