This role is responsible for driving sales performance at the outlet level and executing TM&D (Trade Marketing & Distribution) plans. You will work closely with channel partners, distributors, and retailers to maximize visibility, brand execution, and availability.
Achieve sales targets and monitor performance
Implement TM&D and outlet coverage plans Maintain fixed call frequency and visit schedules Ensure visibility, freshness, and timely product availability Execute trade and consumer promotions Manage merchandising and evaluate scheme performance Forecast demand and ensure timely remittances Support distributor operations including order management & WDIS Provide timely competition updates with actionable insights Build strong market relationships with key trade partners
