Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead / Manager to oversee, manage, and guide our digital marketing team. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals, and mentoring team members for growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and the ability to deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team across SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Email Marketing.
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achieve business and client objectives.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor team tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Supervise campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Social Media, and other digital channels.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, handling escalations and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management and optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
