As a US IT Recruiter & Business Developer with us, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for IT roles. Additionally, you will engage with potential clients to promote our services. Building strong relationships with candidates and clients will be crucial for achieving excellent results in this role. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening qualified IT candidates through various platforms, conducting thorough interviews and assessments, building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, developing business development strategies, participating in contract negotiations, collaborating with hiring managers, utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS), staying updated with industry trends, participating in networking events, and providing regular updates to management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, 0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and business development, solid knowledge of IT roles and technologies, proven experience in candidate sourcing and client relationship development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools, strong organizational and time management abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
