As an experienced professional with 8 to 14 years in Real Estate Transaction and Govt Approvals, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Take care of business development, expansion, and property acquisition for Showroom and Service workshops. - Handle Govt Approvals such as CLU/ Building Plan Sanctions and related NOCs like CTE/ CTO/ Project reports and Fire NOCs. - Monitor the development of sites during Construction and interiors/ Fit outs stages. - Ensure strong adherence to SOPs/ defined Processes with a focus on ethical behavior. - Assist in the development and support of process strengthening/control measures (SOPs/Process) and ensure their implementation. - Conduct property valuations through various IPC and provide insights for business decisions. - Demonstrate excellent documentation skills for auditing and reporting purposes in line with statutory requirements, compliances, and internal SOPs. - Exhibit strong vendor handling and negotiation skills. - Coordinate internally with Zonal teams, project team, legal team, Sales and service team, and finance team. - Possess in-depth understanding of the real estate industry. - Maintain robust relationships with Brokers, IPC, and Land-owners. - Adhere strictly to internal systems and processes to ensure zero defects. - Utilize MIS & Reporting experience effectively. Your education qualification should be from AICTE/UGC Approved colleges only. Additionally, if you have experience in Construction & Estate management, it would be preferred. It is desirable for you to have a background in IPC, Big broking House, Reputed Builder, or a Big Corporate to excel in this role.,
