You will be working in Noida, Sec-62 during the India Night Shift (7 PM - 4 AM IST) in the Human Resources department reporting to the Head of HR in the USA. **Role Overview:** As part of your role, you will lead performance reporting across various teams such as Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance. You will manage a team of two Performance Analysts, identify performance gaps, and escalate issues to leadership. It will be your responsibility to ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in reporting. Additionally, you will oversee Training & Development plans for new hires and support improvement plans, coaching, and process documentation.
