You will be responsible for leading performance reporting across all teams including Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance. This involves managing a team of two Performance Analysts, identifying performance gaps, and escalating issues to the leadership. Your role also includes ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in reporting, as well as overseeing Training & Development plans for new hires. Moreover, you will support improvement plans, provide coaching, and document processes. Additionally, you will partner with US leadership to enhance accountability and promote a performance-driven culture.
