Job Description

You will be responsible for leading performance reporting across all teams including Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance. This involves managing a team of two Performance Analysts, identifying performance gaps, and escalating issues to leadership. Your role also includes ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in reporting, overseeing Training & Development plans for new hires, and supporting improvement plans, coaching, and process documentation. Additionally, you will partner with US leadership to strengthen accountability and performance culture. Your qualifications should include 8+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the US Staffing industry and 3 years of people leadership experience. You should possess a strong analytical mindset, an obsession with accuracy, and the ability to hold others accountable with clarity and confidence. A Bachelors degree is required, while a Masters degree is preferred.,
