You will be responsible for leading performance reporting across all teams including Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance. This includes managing a team of two Performance Analysts, identifying performance gaps, and escalating issues to leadership. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in reporting, as well as oversee Training & Development plans for new hires. Additionally, you will support improvement plans, provide coaching, and document processes. You will also collaborate with US leadership to enhance accountability and foster a performance-driven culture.
