Title Adobe Campaign

As a member of the marketing team at Viraaj HR Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to design and execute email marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign. You will be tasked with segmenting lists based on behaviors, analyzing campaign performance, and generating reports to enhance email strategies. Collaborating with content creators to produce engaging messaging, developing automation workflows, and ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations are also key aspects of your role. Monitoring deliverability rates, maintaining and updating the database of leads and clients, and conducting A/B testing to identify the most effective email strategies are crucial tasks that you will be responsible for. Managing end-to-end campaign execution, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing performance, and utilizing CRM data for personalized client communication are also part of your daily activities. To excel in this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience with Adobe Campaign or similar email marketing tools is essential, along with a strong understanding of HTML and CSS for email template design. Knowledge of email marketing best practices, data privacy regulations, and experience in managing and optimizing database marketing initiatives are also required qualifications. Excellent analytical skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong attention to detail, and effective communication and interpersonal skills are key attributes for success in this role. Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and experience in conducting A/B testing are highly beneficial. Prior experience in digital marketing, continuous learning, and adaptability to new marketing technologies will be advantageous in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
